I am delighted that Chaosium has released the book Lands of RuneQuest: Sartar<\/strong>, covering the mountainous kingdom of that name in the RuneQuest setting of Glorantha. It was a lot of fun to work with Jeff Richard, Jason\n Durall, and the folks at Chaosium as part of a team of artists (including cover by Ossi Hiekkala) figuring out ways to bring the culture of the Sartarites to life, including some deep dives into its political structures and material\n culture. The book acts as a companion to the Lands of Runequest: Dragon Pass<\/strong> gazetteer (and several volumes of adventures!) to create a deep, multilayered setting for a fantasy game.<\/p>\n
